I came into this world at 1 pound, 14 ounces — early, small, and apparently in a hurry. Born premature with Retinopathy of Prematurity, I had some sight growing up, enough to know what the world looks like. By my twenties, that was gone. I've been completely blind ever since.
But I've never been the kind of person who stops.
I spent over a decade in talent acquisition — learning how organizations work, how people connect, and what happens when someone actually listens. I taught workshops. I mentored. I built systems that helped people get where they needed to go. And somewhere along the way, I realized the thing I'm best at isn't any one job title. It's the conversation.
I'm creative. I see how things should be — not with my eyes, but with something deeper. I have visions for what's possible, and I chase them. No formal degree. No traditional path. Just life lessons, hard-won instincts, and an inability to sit still when something can be better.
Spiritbird Productions is where all of that lands. It's where human meets AI, where messy ideas become real things, and where every project gets the same thing: my best. Not a template. Not a script. A real conversation, a human touch, and the kind of care you can feel in the work.
